Return and Shipping Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all orders.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be new, sealed, intact, unused, undamaged and in original packaging. If a gift with purchase was earned with order, it must also be returned. Complimentary samples do not need to be returned.

To begin your return process please email hello@subtleenhancements.com and include your reason for return and your order number.

Subtle Enhancements will provide a return shipping label to you via email. The shipping label will expire within 48 hours. Please ensure you ship out your return item(s) in a timely manner as another shipping label will not be provided free of charge. Please ensure your items are wrapped and packaged to prevent damage.

Once received and inspected, we will either approve or refuse your refund. If your refund is approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund to the original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Important: SALES ARE FINAL on all gift cards, final sale items, technology devices, facial tools, and supplements.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within Canada.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders are generally processed within 24-72 business hours from time of order. We are open Tuesday-Friday and items will be shipped out as soon as possible. This could be longer on weekends, and holidays. You’ll receive an email and tracking number once we have processed your order.

What are the shipping rates?

As a small business, shipping rates are costly. We offer flat rate shipping of $12.00 and free shipping over $250 everywhere in Canada. We recommend stocking up to get the free shipping!

Can I pick up my order in-store?

You can, free of charge! Please select “in-store pick up” during time of check out. After processing order, please wait for notification that your order is ready. Our business hours are current on google. If it says the package is lost, please send us an email to hello@subtleenhancements.com and we will help to ensure you get your package! 

I put in the wrong/incomplete address, and I haven’t gotten my package!

If your package could not be delivered successfully due to a failure to provide an accurate address, we will re-ship for a $15.00 additional fee. If the error was ours, we will happily reship for no additional fee.

Cancel Order

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order. We are charged processing fees to accept orders, and thus are unable to cancel your order after processing. 

My order came damaged, what do I do?

We strive to high quality products and packaging, but when items are shipped, sometimes things are damaged in the mail. Please report damages within 4 days of receiving your order and we will make things right! Please email us at hello@subtleenhancements.com with a picture of your order and we will make things right.
