You’ve done a weekend botulinum toxin and dermal filler course and now you’re expected to go out and start injecting on your own. The injection part of your course felt like a total blur, fueled by adrenaline and excitement and now you feel totally lost about how to start your injection career. We get it, because we’ve been there too.
Hilary’s career started with the same feelings of confusion about how to apply these newly found injection skills to real life situations. All of a sudden you’re expected to sell yourself and your services, communicate treatment risks and benefits, handle money, and ensure client satisfaction—all by yourself. It all can be overwhelming, and that's where we come in.

Our one-on-one mentorships allow you to build your confidence with private sessions learning at your own pace. No pressure to learn everything overnight. Practice and repetition allows your injection skills to grow in a supportive environment. With weekly clinic sessions, your skills will be taken to new heights.
We will build your communication skills, anatomy knowledge, landmarking skills, injection techniques and how to handle the basics of your back-end business or prepare you to apply for a nurse injector job.
Mentorship is not one-size-fits-all, so what you learn is on your terms. Choose from:

Who this is for:
A nurse that is considering getting into cosmetic injections and wants to see a day-in-the-life of a full time nurse injector or a newer injector that is looking for guidance and to hone a specific skill and increase their skill and confidence.
What you’ll learn:
1) How to perform a proper assessment and consultation.
2) How to determine if your client is a good candidate for treatment. We’ll review health history including the impact of neurological disorders, autoimmune conditions, and thyroid disease on cosmetic injections.
3) How to make appropriate recommendations that address the client’s pain points. We’ll teach you to the view the face as a whole and focus on full facial balancing with Botox and fillers.
4) How to landmark and dose your clients appropriately for Botox and fillers.
5) Reviewing basic anatomy, landmarking, injection depth, and rate of injections.
6) Reviewing safety measures including both safer zones and higher risk zones, infection prevention and control and other important safety measures you need to be taking with each patient.
7) How to set realistic expectations for your clients, how to spot a difficult client, and how to manage a problematic client.
8) Review of rheology of filler products, and neuromodulator options on the market.
What is the cost?
A full day (5-6 hours) is $600 + tax paid at the time of booking.

Our 1:1 day mentoring does not include hands-on injecting. If you’re looking for hands-on training, you’ll need to sign up for our 1 or 3 month 1:1 mentorship.

Who is for:
This is for the nurse that’s completed their basic Botox and filler course and unsure of what to do next. You might be struggling with your confidence, assessment skills, injection techniques or how to market yourself.
What you’ll learn:
You’ll learn everything included in the 1 day mentorship plus this includes hands-on-injecting mentoring!
1) Whether you’re struggling with Botox or filler, or both, we’ll work 1:1 with you to inject multiple clients in a stress-free environment. Each week we’ll work to build your confidence so that you’ll feel confident enough to inject on your own.
2) We’ll teach you about the back end of the business like how to properly chart, important insurance information you need to know, how to perform client follow ups and more.
3) Nursing legalities and independent business practices you need to be aware of when opening your own business.
4) How to market yourself in order to bring in your ideal client. This includes the learning about how email marketing and a social media presence will benefit you. We’ll even help you get some content for your social media platforms!
5) Ins-and-outs of running your business including how to open up professional accounts with medical suppliers, how to order quality products, and how to get the best prices.
6) We’ll help you to understand your numbers and become more analytical. In nursing school, you aren’t taught how to run a business but we’ll help you understand some of the basics and what numbers you should be tracking in order to run a successful business.
What is the cost?
You’ll have unlimited access for 1:1 mentoring for a full month with us for $3500 + tax. We have availability 4-5 days per week split between a Toronto and Whitby.
Upon booking your month, a $500, non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Payment can be split into 2 automatic payments.

Who this is for:
This is for someone that’s finished their basic Botox and filler course a little while ago and feels like their at a dead-end. You don’t know where to go next but you do know that you want to be a nurse injector full time!
What you’ll learn:
You’ll learn everything included in the 1 day mentorship and 1 month full time mentorship but you’ll be with us for a full 3 months. By training with an advanced injector for a number of months, it will allow us the beauty of repetition, which will take you from a novice injector to more confident and skillful injector.
1) Repetition is the key to success! Our goal is to have you being able to do these injections in your sleep.
2) You’ll have access to our personal number and we’ll support you for anything you need whether it’s opening accounts, ordering products, what to post on social, how to make templates for charting easier and faster- we’ll be there to support you through it all!
3) Doing your first client on your own? We’ll be there virtually to walk you through your first treatment on your own.
4) We’ll give you all of the insider details on which conferences are worth your money, where you should take advanced trainings, and who to network with.
5) We’ll help support you to find a medical director that allows you to be the best injector you can be!
6) We’ll tell you the marketing, social media and google tips and tricks to help get your business noticed. We’ll connect you with tried-and-true website designers, social media managers, and copywriters to drive your beauty business forward.
7) You tell us what you need and we’ll focus on what you’re struggling with!
What is the cost?
Save $1500 by signing up for 3 months as opposed to doing it month-by-month! You’ll have unlimited access for 1:1 mentoring for 3 months with us for $3000 + tax/per month. We have availability 4-5 days per week split between Toronto and Whitby.
Upon booking your 3 consecutive months, a $500, non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Payment can be split into 2 automatic payments per month.

Not only have I been mentoring new nurses for years now, but I’ve also taught introductory and advanced courses as a nurse injector teacher with Ontario Medical Aesthetics Training Centre for a few years.
