Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. Our policy isn't in place to penalize you, but instead to protect our time. As an appointment-based business, no-shows and late cancellations effect our income.
As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Our cancellation policy is FIRM & NON-NEGOTIABLE. Your credit card will be automatically charged.
Cancellation Fees:
Less than 48 hours' notice: $75.00 fee
Less than 48 hours' notice for consultations, B12, or slim shot appointments: $50.00 fee
No show or cancellation within 6 hours of the appointment: $150.00 fee
If you are attempting to cancel outside of our business hours, you are required to EMAIL US as it will act as a timestamp for our policy. Our email address is: hello@subtleenhancements.com.
Additional Terms:
First-time clients must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit, which can then be used towards treatment or product purchases. If you cancel within 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited.
Clients have a three-strike policy regarding adherence to our policies:
After two late cancellations/no-shows, you will be required to pay for your treatment in full. Your full deposit will be lost if you cancel with less than 48 hours or no-show. After the third missed appointment, you will be discharged as a client.
